PREPARATION

Open the heating bag. Place your meal unopened inside it. Fill the bag with water up to the line/50 ml. Fold the bag over your pouch, heating sachet facing down. Lay it down on a leaning surface (15-20⁰). Wait 12 minutes for your food to heat up inside the pouch. Remove your meal, open the pouch and enjoy.
