Gluten-free oats cooked in coconut milk, blueberries from the Polish mountains, healthy chia seeds and a tint of agave syrup to sweeten it up. To garnish it, it’s added some figs slices. What can be better to start your day?
LYO EXPEDITION MENU meals are cooked before freeze-drying and made from 100% natural ingredients, produced from own production or from verified farmers. All meals are free from artificial additives, extra sugar, palm oil and preservatives!

PREPARATION
Open pouch, remove oxygen absorber, follow instructions on the pouch and fill it up to the mark with boiling water. Zip pouch thoroughly, leave for 5-9 min. Stir & enjoy.
