It was Mathieu Maynadier’s stories that ignited a spark and got us thinking… How about we create a dish that would be effortless to consume and at the same time provide enough energy to keep you going? LYO EXPEDITION MENU meals are cooked before freeze-drying and made from 100% natural ingredients, produced from own production or from verified farmers. All
meals are free from artificial additives, extra sugar, palm oil and preservatives!

Open pouch, remove oxygen absorber, follow instructions on the pouch and fill it up to the mark with boiling water. Zip pouch thoroughly, leave for 5-9 min. Stir & enjoy.
