PREPARATION
INGREDIENTS
100% freeze-dried organic nettle
To make 40 g of our freeze-dried organic nettle powder, its used 220 g of fresh nettle.

FEW TIPS HOW TO USE IT
NETTLE-CUCUMBER-APPLE DRINK * BY KIERAN CREEVE
INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp LYO nettle powder, 1/2 cucumber, 200 ml apple juice
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve cold.
GREEN DRINK
INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp LYO nettle powder, 1 tbsp LYO spinach powder, 1 tbsp LYO kale powder, 1/4 avocado, 1/2 apple, 250 ml natural yoghurt or kefir, 125 ml water, 2 slices of fresh pineapple.
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
GREEN VITAMIN DRINK
INGREDIENTS
1/2 tbsp LYO nettle powder, 1/2 tbsp LYO spinach powder, 250 ml apple juice, 1/4 tsp ginger, juice of 1/2 lime
METHOD
Mix all powders with ginger and lime juice into a paste. Add apple juice and shake/stir until smooth.
