PREPARATION

Trek’n Eat: Pour boiling water directly into the bag accorting to the meal instructons on the scale, stir thoroughly. Close the bag and let it rest for few minutes

NRG: eat slowly and chew well. Crumble and mix into previously boiled drinking water to prepare a porridge suitable as infant food. Not suitable for children below 6 months.
