PREPARATION
Mix 100 g powder with 400 ml water. Stir the contents first with a little cold water. Add the remaining water and stir together thoroughly. Ready to drink.
USAGE
Drink only during sports activities – not before or after the activity. Never heat above 600. With more effort, drink another beverage such as water or isotonic drinks. Take 3 more sips of another liquid per sip of Peronin.
